We're excited to announce the opening and expansion of Tiger Schulmann at Shoppes at Market Street in Nanuet, NY.
Tiger Schulmann is the largest martial arts school in the Northeast US, with over 31 locations in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. They offer martial arts, kickboxing, karate, and jiu-jitsu classes to both kids and adults.
They previously occupied the corner space of the center, suite 13, with 3,374 sqft. On March 10th, they signed a 5-year lease for suite 9B with 4,628 sqft and transformed the suite from a former appliance store to the magnificent space below:
